Divine Hope Dance Ministry
Dance and music can be powerful tools to touch a persons heart. It is also a way to express what's in our own hearts. The members of this troupe love to express themselves in dance and mime in a positive, uplifting way! Their enthusiasm for the Lord is infectious as they minister to the congregation! "And David danced before His Lord with all his might..." 2 Sam 6:14
Our children are getting their fill of inappropriate dancing and behavior and this is an chance for them to use dance in a godly way. As they grow stronger in their faith and convictions, these young people are used by God to encourage, comfort, and edify the saints in the faith. When these young people stand up, unashamed to dance for their Lord, it is surely an encouragement to believers of all ages! This newly formed ministry for youth ages 12-18, under the leadership of Hope Johnson, has ministered at several outreaches and is excited to see what God has in store for them!
